In recent years Spain has become one of the most festival-filled countries in Europe, thanks to some pretty savvy booking by festival organisers in the country and the beautiful (and very reliable) Spanish summers. Whereas there was a time where only those with a trust fund could afford to take trips abroad to festivals, now the tickets, flights and accommodation are all bundled up into budget friendly packages that make everything much more affordable. There are so many festivals in Spain right now that it can be difficult to know which ones to choose; if you really want to have a summer to remember next year then why not hire a car in Spain and plan a road trip around all of them, taking in some of the rest of Spain in between events.  You could even finish up your trip with a stop off in Ibiza if you really want to go for it! Miami Winter Music Conference

The Miami Winter Music Conference (or ‘WMC’) is an annual festival of dance music that takes place each year under the warm Miami sun. The conference first began in 1985 but since then has grown to become one of the most respected events on the dance music scene. The WMC provides an opportunity for some serious networking for dance music insiders, as well as the chance to gain valuable exposure for those who are looking to make their mark on the scene. While the event has become incredibly popular with producers, DJs, promoters and record label insiders from the US, a good proportion of the 300,000 attendees are made up of visitors from overseas, particularly countries like the UK, France and Spain. The Miami Music Scene

There are a lot of places around the country that have their own music scene, and it changes and rolls with the decades. Seattle had grunge, Washington DC has been known for its hardcore punks, and California was the home of surf rock, so what is Miami known for? Kicking bass, WMC, a hot Latin sound, and probably some of the most eclectic groups of musicians that you have ever heard of in one general area.
